HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared sauna studio that offers a variety of virtually instructed workouts.
The workouts combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise in a method called 3D training. HOTWORX offers both Isometric and High-Intensity Interval training workouts. Isometric include Yoga, Pilates, Core, Hot Buns, Barre, and more. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts are just 15 minutes and include Cycling, Rowing, Hot Blast.
